What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and ZIP code, along with which page you submitted from and the time of submission. If you call us, we collect whatever you choose to tell us during that conversation.

Why we collect it

To contact you about health insurance options, and to help you compare and, if you choose, enroll in coverage. We do not use your information for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers or lead buyers. Information is shared only where it is necessary to provide the service you asked for — for example, with an insurance carrier when you choose to apply for a plan — or where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as we are required to under applicable insurance record-keeping rules, and no longer than necessary after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll take care of it.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Turtle Grass LLC may send you text messages about your request — replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and enrollment deadline notices. Checking that box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Opting out of text messages does not affect phone or email contact you have asked for, and does not affect your ability to work with us or enroll in a plan.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to the licensed agent and authorized staff who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our practices and restrict access to what is necessary.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can withdraw consent for contact at any time — reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS, or contact us to opt out of calls or email.
